Amazon ads that pay for themselves
Amazon PPC management is the weekly work of running your Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. Keywords, bids, budgets and negatives, all judged on profit rather than clicks.
Most accounts leak money in the same places. Auto campaigns nobody prunes. Search terms that spend for months without a sale. Bids set once and forgotten. We fix those first, then run the account on a weekly cycle and report on the two numbers that decide whether ads are worth it: ACOS on your ads and TACOS across total sales.
Your ad account stays in your name. Our team works in it with full access, and every change is visible to you.
More revenue, more profit, and a smaller share of sales spent on ads
Growth in total revenue
Growth in net profit
TACOS, down from 20.41%
Every Amazon ad type, run by one team
Each campaign type does a different job. We set them up to work together, so you never pay twice for the same shopper.
Sponsored Products
The ads that move the most units. We split auto and manual campaigns, find the search terms that convert and give each one its own exact-match bid.
Sponsored Brands
Your logo, a headline and three products above the results. We use them to win your branded searches before a competitor does.
Sponsored Display
Retargeting for shoppers who viewed your listing, or a competitor’s, and left. Budget goes to people already close to buying.
Profit tracking
Every keyword is measured against product margin. If it sells but loses money on each unit, its bid comes down.
Where Amazon ad budgets usually leak
These are the eight problems we look for first. Each one costs money every day it runs, and each one is fixed during the first month.
- Auto campaigns that were never pruned
- Search terms spending for months without a sale
- Two campaigns bidding on the same keyword
- No negative keyword lists
- Bids set once and never touched
- Budgets that run out before the evening peak
- Branded searches lost to competitors
- Reports that show clicks, not profit
Your first 90 days with Kadima
A fixed rhythm, so you always know what the team is working on and why the numbers are moving.
Audit the account
We pull 60 to 90 days of search term data, find the waste and set a target ACOS for each product from its real margin.
Rebuild the structure
Proven search terms move into exact-match campaigns with their own bids. Wasted terms become negatives. Sponsored Brands go live on your branded searches.
Optimize every week
Harvest new terms, add negatives, adjust bids and move budget to the products earning the best return. You get a full report every month.

Amazon PPC FAQs
Straight answers on Amazon PPC management, ACOS and how the Kadima team works in your account.
What does Amazon PPC management include?
Weekly management of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display: search term harvesting, negative keywords, bid and budget changes, and a monthly report on ACOS, TACOS and ad-attributed sales. Month 1 also includes a full account audit and a campaign rebuild.
How much does Amazon PPC management cost?
Amazon PPC runs on the Kadima PPC plans: $1,450 a month plus a $250 setup fee for ad spend between $2,500 and $10,000, or 15% of ad spend with a $1,500 minimum above $10,000. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Amazon.
What is a good ACOS on Amazon?
It depends on your margin. If a product makes 30% profit before ads, an ACOS above 30% loses money on every ad sale. We set a target ACOS per product from its margin, then track TACOS to see the effect on total sales.
Do I keep ownership of my Amazon ad account?
Yes. The account stays in your name. The Kadima team works in it with full access, and you can see every change.

Amazon ads work best as part of a wider plan
Shoppers often start on Google or ask ChatGPT what to buy, then check Amazon. If you also sell on your own site, pair Amazon PPC with SEO and AEO so you are found wherever the search begins.
